So... my experience with importing files hasn’t been great. Exports kept messing up the formatting, and when I tried to import files back in, they failed about half the time. It made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Decent, but check your device first"
I bought from broderbund.com for some older software I needed, and it ran fine on my Windows laptop. My tablet didn’t really cooperate, though, and getting it going on my Mac was a bit of a coin toss. It’s not like I regret buying it, but I probably would’ve appreciated a clearer heads-up about which devices actually work well before I paid

"It takes forever for anything to..."
It takes forever for anything to load, and it makes the whole experience frustrating. I just want to get in, do what I need, and move on, but instead I’m sitting there waiting and feeling like I’m just another ticket number in the queue.

"Honestly, not worth the hassle"
I really wasn’t happy with the whole experience. The site felt awkward and clunky to use, support didn’t really help much, and by the end I just felt like I’d wasted my time and money.

"Pricing felt a little shady"
I was checking out broderbund.com the pricing just didn’t feel very clear. At first it looked like one price, but then I started running into extra options and add-ons that made me wonder what I’d actually end up paying.
I’m totally fine paying for software if I know the cost upfront, but this felt like one of those situations where the final total might jump right before checkout. Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but it gave me that hidden-fee feeling.
Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but it didn’t leave me feeling confident. I ended up backing out because I didn’t want to get surprised by a higher price later.

"Not really worth it"
I bought software from Broderbund and... yeah. Kind of regret it. For the price, I expected a lot more. The install process was a hassle, the whole thing feels outdated, and using it wasn’t smooth at all. Just clunky. There are definitely cheaper programs out there that do the same thing, maybe even better. Wouldn’t buy it again.

The install took way longer than I expected and kept throwing weird steps at me, lol. I did finally get it working, but it wasn’t a great first experience.

"Support was basically nonexistent"
I reached out for help and then just got ignored for days. No update, no response, nothing. Like… make it make sense. If you have support, people should actually be able to get support.

"Templates felt outdated"
I picked this up hoping to grab some quick templates, but most of them looked old. A lot were also kind of a pain to edit, and the fonts and layouts felt all over the place. I was expecting something cleaner and easier to use, so I ended up not really using them.

"Updates somehow made it worse again"
I’m getting tired of this. Every time there’s an update, something new seems to break and then I have to spend time fixing it. The whole thing feels like one step forward and two steps back, and that part was weird.

"Refund process was a headache"
I bought something from broderbund.com and ended up needing a refund, and the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took forever to get a straight answer, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get anything moving. On top of that, some of the responses came off like they were talking down to me instead of actually trying to help. Really not a great experience, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I wasn’t expecting perfection, but wow, the prints looked terrible. Like, I had to do a double take because I couldn’t believe that was the final result. Everything just came out looking so awful that it felt almost dramatic how bad it was.

I reached out to Broderbund support because I was having trouble with a download, the whole thing just wore me out. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally did reply, it didn’t really help or move anything forward. After a while, it started to feel like I was just sending emails into a void and nobody was actually keeping an eye on the inbox

"Clunky, outdated, and support feels robotic"
I tried using the software from broderbund.com it was more frustrating than helpful. The menus are confusing, the buttons don’t really do what you think they should, and it froze on me twice while I was in the middle of working. The whole thing looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. I also reached out by email and the response felt like it was written by a robot, not an actual person trying to help. After wasting a couple hours on it, I just gave up. Definitely not worth the hassle

"Licensing was way more frustrating than I expected"
I bought this thinking it would be a simple one-time purchase, but it ended up feeling more like a subscription/licensing maze. Compared to what I expected, the whole setup was confusing, and the account page didn’t really make it clear what I actually owned or what I was allowed to use.

It got even more annoying when I tried to move it to another computer and the software acted like I didn’t have a valid license at all. I figured support would sort it out quickly, but they were slow and not very helpful. i wouldn’t use them again.

"Missing features messed up my plans"
I was really counting on this to have the features I needed, but it’s just not there yet. I had plans to use it for a specific project, and now I’ve had to pause everything and look for another option. Frustrating, honestly.

I tried using broderbund.com and regretted it quickly. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around thinking I was getting closer, only to end up nowhere useful.
A few pages didn’t really make it obvious what I was supposed to do next, so I kept going back and forth until I got frustrated. I just wanted quick info or help, but the whole experience made me wish I’d looked somewhere else first

"I really wanted to like this software..."
I really wanted to like this software, but it keeps freezing on me constantly. I’ve already lost my project twice, which is incredibly frustrating after putting in the time. When I try to get help, it kind of feels like I’m just another ticket number instead of an actual person dealing with a real problem

"Way more hassle than others seemed to have"
I expected this to be straightforward, especially since most people seem to get downloads and activation done without much trouble. For me, though, the download took forever, and when I finally got through that, the activation key kept failing. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help much. Compared to what others seem to experience, this was a frustrating mess, and I still can’t use something I already paid for.
